Description:
The Project Officer is responsible for ensuring the provision of good major improvements and planned maintenance within the Association's properties and for ensuring the Association receives good value for money and quality customer service from all approved contractors and maintenance staff. Responsible for co-ordinating the quality control on a large scale improvement programme. The Project Officer will assist the Project Manager in the preparation of planned maintenance programmes and improvement and major repairs programmes, and monitor work to ensure the agreed standards are met.
