Chartered Surveyor required by independent firm in the West Midlands area. The role will involve visiting policy holders to carry out surveys on buildings damaged by an insured peril (fire, flood, escape of water etc). You will then be expected to provide a report on your findings and prepare a schedule of repairs, along with costings. The portfolio of work is mostly fire or flood related, but will involve subsidence losses. You will cover the UK as a whole, but you will work mainly out of Birmingham.
