- Applicants must be qualified to a NVQ level 3. Main duties for this post will be child care, planning of activities, observing children, working in partnership with parents, team working, outdoor provision out of the setting etc Applicants for this post must enjoy being outdoors in all kind of weather. Applicants will be required to attend to a formal interview and a practical interview. There is training available to gain further qualifications in First Aid, EYFS, Special Educational Needs etc. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
