The role will involve some or all of the following duties: -All aspects of Purchase Ledger All aspects of Sales Ledger Bank Reconciliations Invoice Financing Calculation of VAT rates Notifying Suppliers of change of details Assisting in recovery of any over-payments Attending periodic departmental meetings and provide progress reports Ad hoc duties as and when required Answering telephones, filing etc.. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of preparing Accounts up to and including Trial Balance / month end.
