A proven track record in a helpdesk, customer service or administration environment. To act as the central point of contact for Decentralised Print / MFD faults and problems and service requests for the customer. Previous experience with any Xerox devices as well as networked environments would be advantageous. Duties include to act as the central point of contact for Decentralised Print / MFD faults and problems and service requests for the customer. Liaise with service teams to understand status of faults, major outages, service requests. notify the customer and end users of any planned major outages via announcement updates, pager messages, emails and any other appropriate communication...
