An exciting and prestigious educational contract catering site in Central London is looking for a Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef and Exec Chef in this multi outlet site. This unit is the largest grossing for the whole company with over 4.5 million in sales. There is also a staged refurb in progress. The site has 3 main outlets, a servery which caters for up to 1000 covers daily, a brasserie and sports bar.They also cater for functions and meeting on a regular basis... The Sous Chef role will see you taking charge of the servery to accustom you to the volume of this operation, with a view to controlling the hospitality operation in the future...
