For this role you will be required to respond to emails and "live chat" queries from customers using the site. You will manage players' accounts for them and provide a sharp and accurate service to our players. You will also provide customers with information about up and coming products and promotions and be able to moderate chat rooms in both Russian and English. The successful candidate will have a massive interest in Poker and online gaming and previous experience of working in this environment will be considered an advantage.
