This is a Thai Staff Solutions UK Ltd. vacancy that is operating as an employment agency. Our client Budsara Thai Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef. The applicant must have a 3 years experienced at NVQ Level 3. Main duties include assisting the head chef in managing the operation of a Thai kitchen and the preparation and production of Authentic Thai food, preparing home-made sauces & dips, some Thai desserts & cooking a variety of complex dishes, liaising with the Head Chef in creating and developing menu choices; creating & producing new food recipes.
