We’re offering an exciting opportunitity for two psychology graduate to work in an innovative service, The Condition Management Programme (CMP) which is the health component of the Jobcentre Plus Programme “Pathways to Work”. This is a Partnership venture between Department of Health and Department of Work and Pensions. Within the Neath Port Talbot & Swansea area this is a relatively new service which is being led by Neath Port Talbot Local Health Board. Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University NHS Trust takes responsibility for the recruitment and secondment of health practitioners who work within the project.
