My client is looking for a very talented Sous chef with the view to be promoted to Head chef within 4 months. The restaurant serves a modern British brasserie style menu that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner over a 7 day operation. Ideally as Sous chef you will have come from a stable fine dining background with rosettes or 5 star hotels and have London experience at Sous or Head chef level.
