The key purpose of this role is to provide day to day support to the Resourcing Team, including both Graduate and Lateral recruitment. You will be responsible for the arrangement of interviews/assessment events liaising with partners, HR colleagues and recruitment agencies to ensure this happens quickly and professionally. You will be responsible for ensuring regular and consistent communication with preferred recruitment suppliers and for updating internal and external websites with role profiles within defined timescales.
