Required for this leading Defence organisation based in Essex to be responsible for the Digital Hardware design of complex PCB modules in a defence electronics environment. Modules are typical a mix of latest generation FPGAs, memory and discrete Digital circuits on high performance, multilayer PCBs. Knowledge of Analogue circuitry for interfacing could be an advantage. The Senior Hardware Engineer will usually be part of the team working on a single project although more experienced individuals may also provide technical input and review of additional projects.
