- If you have 6 months or more experience in Fundraising then you can apply for the Team Leader position with us. As a Team Leader you need to be positive, enthusiastic, fully committed, inspiring and encouraging. You will be using your experience and training to guide a team of Doorstep Fundraisers to succeed and excel as Fundraisers. We require an inspirational individual that can show exceptional leadership qualities and support to the team. As an experienced Fundraiser you will be able to use your experience to support and inspire and reach the targets set.
