JOB SUMMARY: This senior level management position is responsible for leading and project managing the Large Works team. The team consist of Project Managers and their assistants, and an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. This team currently has £25m worth of construction projects in various phases of development (and this is expected to rise quickly) and take on projects between £1 and £10 million. This person will be responsible for delivering the team's residential refurbishment and new build projects on time, and on budget.
