Halton and St Helens Primary Care Trust was established in October 2006. Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) are the corner stone of the NHS, their key role is to ensure that all the health care needs of people in the district are met. The postholder will be required to have a flexible approach to all aspects of this post responsible for the busy front of house reception/clerical duties associated with midwifery antenatal clinic services. Maintaining records and booking appointments using both manual and computerised systems, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of confidentiality polices.
