My client was formed in 1970 and is a rapidly expanding company that prides itself on providing expert advice with a strong client focus. As part of their portfolio they are a mixed use consultancy offering a range of services including cost consultancy and project management. Due to rapid growth the client now urgently seeks an enthusiastic Commercial Manager with an M&E quantity surveying background to head up a team on projects such as data centres, residential areas and commercial offices.
