The Medical Workforce department is a large department with over 70 staff. It is responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and rotation of doctors in training to Consultant level. This is an exciting time to join the London Deanery as the department is expanding to accommodate additional and new responsibilities. You will be responsible for the management of a varied administrative workload supporting the Heads of Schools for a number of medical and dental specialties.
