Description:

Must be able to maintain a proactive and positive attitude, leading by example at all times. To listen to customers remarks politely and make sure follow up action is taken in line with the service level agreement. Ensure that the highest standard of customer care is used at all times, exercising your right of empowerment to the customers. As part of the one team approach be prepared to assist with other disciplines when necessary. Undertake and seek out additional activities to ensure a smooth and seamless service to our client. Use own initiative and have the ability to identify where you need to change your own activities to meet different circumstances.
