We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work within a luxury branded hotel in Manchester. The position reports directly to the Head Chef and is responsible for delivery of a food product reflecting the range, quality and ambition of the brand and the hotel. You will assist in directing and co-ordinating your resources to promote a smooth, effective kitchen operation.
