A Manchester based Organisation within the public sector require a temporary Human Resources Advisor to provide an effective HR service to managers and staff. Responsibilities will include-1. To advise managers and staff on issues related to people policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.2. To undertake case work in relation to grievance, discipline and absence.3. To give full advice and guidance to managers in relation to employment law and its implementation.4. Manage the recruitment process, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures.5.
