You will provide information at their requests along with making amendments to their accounts. As the function of your team is to provide an express service for customers you are not targeted on sales. It is all about the customer experience. You will be an ambassador for the company. You must have previous TELEPHONE based customer service experience... Previous experience of handling high call volumes... Ability to read & provide information accurately...
