Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Technical Lead in their award-winning Manchester IT department of over 70 people. The Helpdesk Technical Lead is responsible for the overall escalation of calls to the 3rd line Technical Operations Team. It is a pro-active role working with the IT Helpdesk Co-ordinator at your site, the Deputy Support Services Manager and Support Services Manager to contribute towards driving the IT Helpdesk function forward, striving to improve the quality of service we provide to the business... To be the point of escalation for all Helpdesk team members for second line support incidents...
