It is envisaged the candidate will be a Chartered Engineer or working towards Charter with a civil engineering degree and a background in civil design/construction. Experience in a contracting organisation or within a consultancy is equally desirable. Duties will include assisting in the preparation of feasibility and plant specifications for power plant and downstream oil and gas infrastructure (eg: pipelines and AGIs). Also the assessment of proposals and the review of contractors designs during project implementation... You will be expected to keep abreast of current developments in your field and contribute to the body of knowledge. You should be comfortable representing the company...
