Description:

Applicants must hold NNEB or equivalent level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education or similar and have experience of working in partnership with parents and carers as well as working in a setting with children. This key role will principally be to provide supportive outreach to families within the reach area, within community locations. You will need the ability to carry out assessments of family need and to be able to support families who may be experiencing a variety of difficult circumstances.
