Description:
An NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in animal health care is desirable. You must be able to demonstrate flexibility, an ability to work alone and as part of a team and have an awareness of Health and Safety issues relating to the kennel environment. Duties will include feeding, grooming and exercising of military dogs, cleaning of kennels and equipment, restraint, and administration of treatments. The job involves outdoor work. Satisfactory completion of a basic course in the handling of military dogs is a condition of employment.
