Main duties of the role will be the planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance of fast moving and highly complex PLC controlled machinery, including hoists, cranes and conveyers. The plant is fully automated, and as such the day to day maintenance is all electrical work. However, basic mechanical engineering skills and knowledge would be a strong advantage. Applicants must have a recognized electrical apprenticeship or qualification, and be 16th edition qualififed. A minimum of five years experience in a maintenance environment is essential, preferably production, manufacturing or distribution.
