Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its expanding team. Ideal candidates will come from a debt recovery or collections background with experience of working to targets and deadlines, a strong and stable employment history is essential. On a daily basis you will be dealing with on-going accounts, finding solutions for accounts in arrears, chasing up late payments via telephone and face to face and re-negotiating payment plans when necessary. You will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9- 5 pm, also 1 in 4 Saturday mornings , suitable candidates need to be flexible...
