Our client, a leader in hospitality and retail support, is presently looking for a fluent German speaker for their busy Customer Service department. The role will involve taking calls and dealing with basic technical enquiries, forwarding more technical queries to the 2nd line team. The role will involve 8 hour shifts between the hours of 6am-11pm and you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
