As a skilled maintenance technician, the person will be a member of a team of maintenance staff carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. Communicate clearly with all levels of personnel, including prompt, clearly written records of the work undertaken. A skilled engineer, with a proven track record, and a sound knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical building maintenance. Apprenticeship served and / or qualified to a minimum of 236 part 1, 2 and part C and 16th edition or a formal mechanical apprenticeship or similar training programme, holding an ONC, NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Certificate (M&E) or equivalent...
