As a skilled maintenance engineer, the person will be a member of rolling shift team of maintenance staff carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the building. Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs wherever possible. Communicate clearly with all levels of personnel, including prompt, clearly written records of the work undertaken. Ensure all key performance indicators and service level agreements are adhered to. Ensure that all logs and paperwork is filled in correctly and kept up to date.
