Our client, a multi-award winning business is currently recruiting for a highly experienced customer service individual to join their expanding team. • Working in the capacity of Sales support on a daily basis. • Liaising between the customer and 3rd party business to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. • Pro-actively following up on outstanding customer information. • Acting as an ‘account manager’ to each customer assigned to you. • Working closely with other teams to progress customer accounts to completion. • Updating customer account with all progress. • Ensuring customer information is monitored closely to avoid any delays in the process...
