Our client is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team. - Dealing with customer in a polite and pro-active manner. - Ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. - Monitoring customer accounts. - Resolving queries quickly and efficiently. - Escalating items as and when required to the Team Leader. - Providing a pro-active service to avoid unnecessary issues arising. - General duties as required. This role includes a 7.5% bonus, 25 days holiday (rising to 30 with service) and private medical cover.
