You will primarily be required to support the payroll officer with the input of data, processing of staff details regarding starters, leavers and other changes to contracts and updating salary and job details. In addition, other duties will include assisting with purchase ledger, making cheque payments and dealing with queries on supplier invoices. Suitable applicants must have experience of working within a finance or payroll function, with knowledge of computerised payroll and accounts. Ideally you will possess an AAT qualification or be looking to work towards one and have GCSE in maths and English.
