The successful candidate will be committee to district nursing and be aware of the current changes locally and nationally regarding community care. You will be organised, flexible to meet the needs of the service and be able to work as part of a small team, within a wider local team. The locality covers Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh Regions, and all teams work closely within the locality.
