Description:
Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant previous experience within the hotel sector, 12 months of which must have been at a level of NVQ level 3 or above or be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or above, in a relevant subject, with 2 years of relevant experience, not necessarily at NVQ level 3 or above. Candidates should be customer focussed, outgoing, organised, numerate and keen to assume responsibility for general management of an hotel within a maximum of five years. Leisureplex is a rapidly growing, family owned, hotel chain, part of the Alfa Leisureplex Holiday Group, with 17 hotels varying in size from 48 to 125 rooms.
