We have a vacancy for an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator to cover the South of England. The main purpose of the job will be to assist the Facilities Manager with the day to day facilities issues on a regional basis. You will also be responsible for the day to day re-active maintenance and planned maintenance, minor refurbishments, Health and Safety, DDA and Asbestos works. The ideal candidate will have experience within property management, project management skills, up to date knowl4edge of property legislation, DDA and Asbestos regulations. Salary is circa £25,000.
