Our client is a leader in nuclear projects and is currently seeking a Contracts specialist to provide contractual & commercial support to Windscale Head of Site & Site management team including the site commercial manager to manage the procurement requirements for the Site to ensure all purchasing & sales risks are mitigated & managed appropriately. The aim is to optimise the balance between risks, benefits & overall cost to Windscale . This is achieved either through the work of the procurement/contracts team or through advice to Windscale managers using statutory and Windscale processes and procedures (OJEU etc).
