The role has been designed to incorporate both operational and strategic elements of the generalist profile whilst supporting the Senior HR Manager and the Head of HR in the development and delivery of the business area's HR agenda and strategy. The roles responsibilities will include the following; provide advice on performance development, provide support to the annual pay review process, work with the Resourcing Manager in the recruitment process, deliver projects and take leadership for the coordination of key processes, provide general HR advice and guidance to line managers regarding HR policies and processes.
