This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Cocoabean Recruitment Ltd who are operating as an employment business. Previous telephone based experience beneficial however, full training and support will be provided so candidates from the retail and hospitality industries will be warmly considered. There will be a 50-50 split between telephone and administration duties taking this opportunity away from the standard telephone bashing! You will deliver impeccable customer service levels taking inbound calls. This is a temporary vacancy, duration unknown.
