Due to expansion a successful, customer focused organisation with a strong orientation on technical standards are seeking experienced PI Claims Controllers. Joining the team with a £75,000 authority limit with room to further increase this amount, you will act as a referral point and mentor to junior members of the team. Utilising your knowledge of case law, pro-active approach and strong negotiation skills you will be required to communicate effectively with all parties involved, establishing liability and indemnity on all cases ensuring satisfactory settlement for all.
