We are looking for experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to provide nursing care to our elderly residents. As a Shift Leader you would be required to lead and motivate the care team, as well as taking responsibility for the building in the manager's/deputy's absence. You will be responsible for the administration of medication, keeping clear and concise records and ensuring our residents receive appropriate nursing care to a high standard.
