Description:
Our client is a country hotel, 15 miles West of Norwich, in a setting of over 200 acres of countryside, with two amazing golf courses, contemporary guest rooms, leisure & fitness facilities, spa and an award winning restaurant, bar & café. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head Chef to help advance the reputation of the hotel and take responsibility during the Head Chefs absence. You will be required to provide the best dining and conference food and ensure quality and high levels of service at all times. Experience working in a 2/3 Rosette establishment is going to be a distinct advantage; you must be passionate, imaginative and reliable.
