We are currently looking to recruit a Resourcing Advisor, who will be responsible for managing the 360 recruitment process of all vacancies. You will work alongside the HR team and be responsible for sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles, ranging from Marketing, to IT and to Sales. Work will involve writing Job Descriptions, designing interview documentation, pre-screening candidates and working on offer negotiation. You will previous experience of working in an in-house recruitment role or coming from an agency background. Desirably you will have experience of recruiting sales professionals.
