The food is made from the finest local produce; the restaurant offers an a la carte restaurant with Rosette Awards and Brasserie The successful candidate should be self motivated, diplomatic, friendly individual who is looking for a busy, challenging position. You will be working in a Rosette awarded kitchen so the ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ level 1+2 or have equivalent qualifications. It would be beneficial to have experience at rosette level.
