Your typical management duties will include completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching team members and leading meetings. You will also deputise in your manager s absence. After a period of time you will be moved to another Assistant Manager position elsewhere in the business or be assigned to a special project team to further develop your skills. You continually develop your knowledge and skills and will be aiming to achieve a full management position in one of the most exciting and innovative consumer finance companies in the UK.
