To support the technical department, in all administration matters. To provide cover for the Customer Care Advisor during periods of absence. 1. To deal swiftly and efficiently with the administrative aspects of PL and EL civil litigation. 2. To liaise with intercompany departments to collate information and evidence for all aspects of PL and EL claims as directed by our insurers. 3. To form part of a customer care service (during holidays/absence). 4. To form part of an urgent response team relating to quality/food safety issues within the manufacturing and retail operations. 5.
