We are currently recruiting for customer service advisors to work in a large contact centre based at Sherwood Business Park. The role involves receiving inbound calls from customers and advising them on any queries they may have whilst at the same time providing excellent customer service. You will need to have a proven track record in customer service, ideally over the telephone but face to face customer service will be considered. The hours of work are part time either Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm or Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm... Apply for this job
