An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join an organisation that is a leader in their field. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice to a specific client group. With a strong employee relations background you will also support the Compensation & Benefits Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the flexible benefits system and lead on company salary reviews and benefits processes while acting as the first point of contact for staff on policies and procedures, employee relations and flexible benefits queries.
