-Working with the CEO and the new direct marketing agency to develop and execute a direct marketing strategy, to significantly grow the database and income through regular appeals and committed giving. For this role, you do need good transferable skills, preferably be familiar with direct marketing. You need outstanding customer service ethic, easy going and willing to work as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communication skills, relationship building and relationship management skills, outstanding personal presentation. this role is to start immediately. 37.5 hours a week, 25 days holiday.
