- Assume control and authority of the company calendar ensuring that the calendar is kept up to date and accurately reflects the Delivery Team resource allocation status at all times. - Work with all teams, in particular the Sales, Engineering and Project Teams to solve resourcing issues - for example resource requests which clash.
